With over 20 years in music, a background in social work, clinical psychology, and expertise in holistic health, energy work, and stress management she offers a personalized approach to her clients so they can thrive—not just perform—in every area of life.

    Research has shown that people working in music are more prone to mental health problems than the general population. Factors such as insecure income, no work/life balance, performance anxiety, poor diet, lack of sleep and constant access to substances can take their toll on wellbeing and mental health. Also our individual stories play a significant role. Adverse childhood experiences often lead to living out patterns that keep us from living an authentic life and makes it even more difficult to handle the stressors of the music industry. This can lead to mental and physical illness.
