    Hi, let me introduce myself.

I'm Renske, besides my education in the field of social work, psychology and holistic health, I have two decades of experience as an electronic music professional. Initially known for my interview work with artists like Nile Rogers, Will.i.Am, Boy George, Avicii, Carl Cox, and Armin van Buuren.

Over the years I have worked as a film producer, event moderator, radio- and award show host in venues like

the Johan Cruijff Arena and AFAS Live with audiences up to 30k people.

Coming from the fast paced music industry and having worked at big multinationals like Endemol Shine Group , I am intrigued by how to (re)gain optimal health for high performance professionals.

It was inevitable that, at some point, my work would evolve into what I do now. Seeing deeply into people and spirituality have been a natural part of my life since childhood, though I wasn’t always fully aware of it. Over the past 20 years, I encountered extraordinary, spiritually gifted teachers who taught me invaluable lessons, deepening my understanding and shaping my journey. I continue to learn and evolve every day. My intuitive abilities are coming more to the forefront and are proving to be highly valuable in the work I do now.

In my current work, my primary focus is on creating a space of safety, even in the midst of the high-energy, fast-paced world of music and entertainment.

For artists especially, this means a space free from the demands and pressures of their public lives.

Balance is not a fixed state of harmony but rather a dynamic equilibrium. The demands, challenges, and stresses of everyday life can be so consuming that peace and clarity may feel out of reach. In response, we often either push ourselves further into the chaos or seek to escape it altogether, leaving us feeling

    disconnected and drained.

My work is about guiding others toward more awareness, helping them reconnect with themselves, finding a way that feels natural and sustainable instead

    of draining and inauthentic.

There is no single path. Each journey is unique. Whether through self-reflection, spiritual exploration, or practical tools,

we can find ways to navigate life’s complexities with greater ease and presence.

    With warmth,

    Renske

  • Art and performance are not separate.

The greatest creators know that mastery begins with mastering themselves.
